I am a business leader with a progressive career spanning over 16 years in the corporate sector, working for multinational organisations. Throughout my career, I have held various roles that have given me ample experience in managing various aspects of business. I have led large global teams, complex projects, managed franchises, led factory production operations, optimised supply chains and contributed to bottom line delivery.

My expertise is managing sales performance and customer experience. I have designed and implemented Sales Excellence and Customer Experience (CX) programs impacting the retail business in over 70 countries. These programs have generated value worth millions of dollars in the business. I am very passionate about Customer Experience and strongly believe that great experiences can generate loyalty which leads to business growth.

I also have a flair for writing and freelance journalism, which has been my pastime for almost a decade. I was on the Editorial Board of Spider Internet Magazine for a good 8 years, from the year 2000 – 2009 and have written extensively for DAWN Newspaper. Both are leading English language publications in Pakistan. I have primarily written on technology, product & service reviews and social issues. I have now stepped back into the world of writing through my blog, Incredible Experiences, which will focus on all sorts of great and sometimes not so great experiences in life.

I am an avid fan of aviation and love travelling. At my alma mater, GIK Institute, I founded the first Pakistan chapter of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), which 16 years later continues the legacy as a top student society.

I have experienced the true diversity of cultures and the amazing beauty of our planet, having extensively travelled to over 30 countries around the world. One of my most memorable trip continues to be my expedition to Ghana with Earthwatch Institute.
